1. Eligibility

Any one-time Nine Agents license purchase is eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date, for any reason or no reason at all.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your Paddle transaction id.
  2. Mention that you'd like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
  3. We confirm the refund within 1 business day and trigger it through Paddle.

3. Processing time

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. From the moment we trigger the refund, the money typically reaches your card or PayPal account in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. After 30 days

Refunds requested after 30 days are reviewed case-by-case. Reasonable grounds — for example, the app stops working on your platform with no fix in sight — will normally be honored. We won't drag this out.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A direct refund is faster (often same-day) than a chargeback (4–8 weeks) and avoids the platform fees that get passed to small developers. We've never turned down a legitimate refund request — there's no reason to escalate.
